Excellent Book for both Coaches and Players Jan 21, 2008
I just recently read the book "Between the Lines" and I was very pleased with how easy the book was to read as well as the content in the book. The author is very detailed about everything that is in the book, so you do not have to be a sports psychologist to understand the material. One of my favorite topics the author covered was the difference between a "Hit" and a "Quality at Bat." This topic was something I never thought of until now, but made so much sense. I have been a softball player for over 15 years and I am now starting to get involved with coaching and I would say this book is a MUST read for both players and coaches.

An excellent supplemental resource for softball players, recommended for high school libraries and the personal bookshelves of any dedicated softball athlete.
