Attending several universities, he holds a number of degrees, including the Master of Arts, and the Doctor of Ministry. For over twenty seven years, Bill has held pulpits in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and has spent forty five years actively engaged in the ministry of changing lives through the teaching and counseling of God's Word. Bill's outreach ministry works at a 'grass roots' level, striving to reach those who have the greatest need.
