Reviews - What do customers think about A Catholic Book of Hours and Other Devotions?
A Wonderful Spiritual Resource Mar 28, 2008
This book is easy to use and I love the bit of history before each "hour". It is a beautiful compilation of devotions to use throughout the day - Mattin, Morning, Noon, Evening & Night. These are a great way for centering on what's really important throughout the day. They are like little tiny prayer liturgies for the soul. I highly recommend this book of hours for anyone seeking a traditional and effective form of prayer that brings you to closer to Christ.

This volume is a nicely condensed and accurate edition of the traditional book of hours. It is helpfully divided into a daily section with multiple readings for "hours" throughout the day, and a weekly section for separate readings for each day of the week. The reader is able to choose readings according to taste and circumstance; the favorite psalms are included. Translation and arrangement of the readings are smoothly done and up to date
