NO MORE guilt over not making it to the health club! Oct 29, 2007
I swore after I let go of my last health club membership that I would never again waste the money to belong to one! I just never could fit it into my hectic schedule to get there and the guilt over the wasted membership dues drove me crazy. With Wendie's fitness techniques I now exercise anywhere I am all throughout the day and it doesn't cost me anything more than the one time investment in her book! I traveled to Europe this summer and never had to worry about whether or not the hotels I stayed at had gym equipment. I didn't need it! I am amazed and only wish I would have found out long ago about Wendie. She also just came out with a DVD and it too, is awesome!

These exercises were complicated and bizarre, and they didn't help me. I am a lifelong fitness expert, and have used a lot of different training programs. I am 35, in great shape, and these exercises actually made my head hurt! No fitness training program has ever given me a headache before!

I've purchased plenty of exercise videos and programs and this is the best. It is simple and can be done anywhere in short periods of time. I love Transformetrics because you feel the intensity of the workout quickly and do not have to purchase any equipment. I almost did not purchase as I have spent so much money on exercise videos and book to stay motivated, but I am very thankful I purchased this book. I injured my hip over 5 years ago and her program has been successful in helping me isolate and work that muscle. And I've tried almost everything to heal that muscle including pilates, physical therapy, electronic muscle stimulation, but these exercises have been the most beneficial. When she makes a exercise DVD, I'll buy it.

i am already in great shape but this book opens a whole new area of health and fitness, along with beauty that i did not know!!! i am a menoposed grandmother and thought that my "chicken neck", bony hands and foreharms, frozen shoulders and whatever were there to stay as they always were there but Wendie let me understand that, while practicing faithfully the "push up" in the accessible way she teach it, no matter if one day i will be able to perform correctly even one, will change a lot in my life!
