Reviews - What do customers think about Standard Lesson e-Commentary 2008-2009: KJV and Niv (Standard Lesson Commentary: (CD-ROM) (KJV & NIV))?
Disappointed Dec 7, 2008
I ordered the 2007-2008 version of the KJV and NIV e-Commentary and received a CD along with the printed copy. (I have done this for a number of years.) This year when I received the 2008-2009 version, I was most disappointed when I received ONLY a CD and no printed copy. It should be highlighted in the description that you will receive a CD only! Since the illustration was the same size as the other illustrated commentaries (printed copies), and you received the printed copy in the past years, I feel the customers was misled this year with a "lack of information." I did place an order and received the additional printed copy, but I should have been aware of this situation when I placed my initial order. I am not pleased with the way this was handled!
