Reviews - What do customers think about Manual of Indulgences?
A Must Have Jul 19, 2008
Great document that clearly presents the official doctrine of the Catholic Church about indulgences and how to apply them. This is not a theology treatise nor a text book for study, this is what it is, a manual. It has a very nice presentation, letter size and format.
EVERY serious Catholic needs this! Mar 1, 2008
EVERY serious Catholic needs this book! Helping to relieve the suffering of the souls in purgatory is NOT an option -- this official book from the Vatican, translated into the English and copyrighted by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, contains all of the provisions and prayers for Catholics to receive both plenary and partial indulgences for the souls in purgatory and for themselves. The logic behind indulgences is spelled out in the introduction for those who have issues about indulgences in the first place.
