Publishers Description The inspiring message of faith from a man who learned firsthand how to be his best when life knocked him down. Casey Treat is living proof of what the power of prayer and personal dedication to change can do. At nineteen, he entered a Christian-based drug rehabilitation center where he made a vow to get his life back on track. The following year he was winning his battle with drug addiction and preparing for a lifetime of ministry. Pastor Treat also triumphed in his personal battle with hepatitis C, a disease he contracted as a teen that lay dormant for twenty-five years. After enduring eleven months of excruciating chemotherapy treatment, he was cured. He went on to climb Mt. Rainer for the third time and continues to build one of the largest churches in the Pacific Northwest. In this powerful, inspiring book, Pastor Treat shows readers how they too can overcome any physical, mental, or spiritual challenge by placing their plans in God's hands. For in the midst of the toughest times, miracles can-and do-happen.

This book is truly uplifting. It is positive but not in a cheesy way. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking to change their life for the better.
How to Be Your Best When You Feel Your Worst Feb 18, 2008
Great Book Insightful yet down to earth while giving you a lot to think about. Maintains a central focus on your relationship with God without drilling you with religious jargon I think most people can relate to what this guy is talking about. Challenging and encouraging you to action. Also has some humor.
Casey at his best! Feb 13, 2008
I have always been a fan of Casey Treat and this book is true Casey and very well written. This book can speak to any person regardless of faith preference because it is all positive. Great book! Thanks Casey!
Very encouraging Feb 5, 2008
I found this book to be very enlightening with lots of practical everyday common sense. We tend to get so caught up in day to day activities that we forget that people have real issues and need real answers. I've found I can use some of Casey's examples and apply them to my own day to day interaction with family and friends. Casey has taken a situation that devastates many people and turned it into a great life learning experience, keeping positive along the way. I found myself saying, "I can do that; and I can do that too". I'd recommend this book to anyone wanting a better outlook on life's challenges.
