Item description for Human Duality by Gordon mayhall T....
In a truthful explanation of human nature, Human Duality takes us within the journey of two stories that show the duality of humanity. It is a realistic representation of the good and evil in human nature that we all possess. The first story is Renegade 2-6, set in 1969 during the Vietnam War. It is simply about nine men who find who they truly are while fighting for humanity against the apathy of war. The second story is Conscious Thoughts, set during the present time and fifteen years in the past. It is about the choices we face in a wave of the life changing experiences we have as we get older. As we pass from childhood, to adulthood, and into old age we face conscious choices about our life that can bring out the good or evil in our nature. It is by the choices we make that will determine whether we travel the road to our own destruction or perfect harmony. Human Duality, the book, is the stories of the two faces we carry with us that can lead us to our happiness or sorrow while on the road of life.

Reviews - What do customers think about Human Duality?
very inspiring stories Jul 17, 2005
I am a theater directer in Kansas City and had a chance to read these two plays online. The first one Renegade 2-6 is powerful human play that is very relavent to this very day with our war in Iraq even though this play is set during the vietnam war. It is a great example of the reality of ourselves when placed in extreme circumstances. I think this play needs to be done on stage especailly with whats going on today. The other play Conscious Thoughts spoke to me in more way than one because I have gone throught similar experices in my family. This play is very true about the chioces we face and about what can happen to us if we don't make the right one and how destructive it can be to our lives when we make the wrong choice. It is a great human dynamic within the duality of human nature and this kind of story should be performed time and time again. They are both very well written and very emotional, they essence a drama and I can't wait to try and do these productions. T.Gordon Mayhall has a good grasp of the what the human soul really is and its great that he is a writer that can actually put it into words on paper. Everybody that is looking for a little bit of truth should read this book.
