Reviews - What do customers think about The Way Of The Cross For The Holy Souls In Purgatory?
Solid special purpose Way of the Cross Aug 27, 2000
The Way of the Cross for the Holy Souls in Purgatory begins with a consideration of the orgin of the Way of the Cross and of the House in Ephesus to which John took Mary after the death of Jesus. The stations are illustrated by black and white photos of mosaic depictions of the stations. Each station contains a responsory, a meditative prayer with intentions for oneself and for the souls in Purgatory; after a cry for mercy the Our Father and Hail Mary are said. Two formulas of prayers for mercy on the souls in purgatory close out the station. The book concludes with additional texts - scriptural and devotional - for meditation and prayer as well as the requirements for indulgences related to the Way of the Cross.
This is a useful special purpose Way of the Cross.
