Stormie Omartian, bestselling author of "The Power of a Praying? Parent," captures the heart of every parent, grandparent, and special caregiver in this collection of prayers and promises for little boys. Page after page, a little boy's adventure-filled life is depicted, special prayers are presented, and a loving opportunity for sharing is experienced.
This special book, sure to become a keepsake, will capture the heart of the one praying as much as the little one listening. As the young boy hears tender prayers and sweet blessings whispered for his health and protection, faith and wisdom, he'll draw near--and find a safe place to rest after his busy-boy day.

Reviews - What do customers think about Prayers And Promises For My Little Boy?
A Great Bedtime Book Feb 15, 2010
This is a beautiful book with amazing artwork and beautiful scriptural promises to pray over a little boy at bed time. It made me just melt.
THE ART Nov 25, 2009
Stormie Omartian did a nice job on the story line, lovely, poetic prayers. Altogether a fine purchase.
For my purposes, five stars. I bought this book, for the art. Awesome painter is Tom Browning! Prayers and Promises for My Little Boy I am a reformed architect, scholar, converted to painting and I'll buy any book that contains great brushwork and excellent draftsmanship. Kids need to see good art. Never know who might be the next great Dean Cornwell, Haddon Sundblum, Jouquin Sorolla or John Singer Sargent I just wish the format had been larger.

"Perfect for Every Parent" Nov 8, 2008
What better gift can you give your child than to swaddle them in prayer? Stormie O'Martian brings wisdom and spirituality to her book Prayers and Promises for My Little Boy.
Readers may be surprised when they sit down to read this book. It is more for parents than children. While it has the appearance of a child's book it is filled with prayers, interspersed with promises and blessings from Scripture for little boys. What a wonderful idea. My children are long grown but I read these prayers and blessings over my grandchildren. When they hear them they snuggle close.
