Reviews - What do customers think about The Anchor?

An excellent thematic devotional  Oct 30, 2003
This book features one major theme of Christian living each month. This enables the authors to delve quite deeply and satisfyingly into each month's subject. The devotional thoughts are not ethereal and fake---they deal with the tough and practical realities of life in an increasingly amoral society. There is a focus Scripture with each reading as well as a passage of Scripture for the reader to look up.
If you want something new and refreshing in a rather stale devotional life, pick up this book. You will be pleasantly surprised.
