STEPHEN D. SILBERSTEIN, MD, FACP, is Professor of Neurology at Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University, Pennsylvania. He is also the Director of Jefferson Headache Center and the President of American Headache Society. Prof. Silberstein is Co-Director of the National and International Headache Guideline Project in cooperation with the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research. He is the editor of Headache Review and a member of the editorial board of Headache apart from being ad hoc reviewer for many publications, including "Brain, Lancet, Mayo Clinic Proceedings", and "Neurology". He has also authored more than 75 peer-reviewed articles and over 100 books.

Get the third edition of this book, also available from this site.com, It was due to be published on May 30, 2005. I have it on order and am surprised to see that the old edition is still so highly touted on this web site.
this site.com., you really ought to note editions of books that have been, or soon will be, replaced by newer editions. Your failure to do this is one of the few major flaws in your otherwise great system. I speak as a long-time and prolific buyer of books from you.
