Reviews - What do customers think about The Pastor's Playbook: Coaching Your Team for Ministry?

Long on Stories and Acronyms, Short on Substance  Mar 16, 2005
I give this book two stars because it may have a few stories I can use somewhere along the way, and because it has catchy acronyms. Unfortunately, these two traits are the strengths of the title. Toler here presents very little substance for a pastor who wants to cultivate teamwork in his congregation.

If you want a good resource as a pastor or as a lay leader to promote cooperation in your church, this one is likely to disappoint you.
