Reviews - What do customers think about Immunohistochemistry: Methods Express Series (Methods Express) (Methods Express)?
geared for lab researcher Jan 16, 2008
Renshaw's book is geared towards the researcher in the lab, who wants or needs to use the enclosed methods. There is a modicum of theory as background for the various approaches. But the essence of the book is in the detailed experimental advice. Especially the protocols. These are written in an easy to follow fashion. But with all the necessary low level experimental steps needed for preparation.
The collection of protocols might be considered by some readers to be the core of the book. However, Renshaw also provides advice on experimental design. For the instances when none of the protocols exactly fits your needs.
