Item description for JUST FOR TODAY by Shirley Templeman Twells...
JUST FOR TODAY Have you been trying to live each day carrying yesterday's burdens and tomorrow's worries? Does your life as a Christian seem more like an obstacle course than a walk with Jesus? God doesn't ask us to live all our life at once, that's why he gave us life in 24 hour pieces. There are things we could not possibly do if we thought we had to do them for a life-time, but we are more than able to do them - with God's help - just for today. In JUST FOR TODAY you are invited to take a walk with the Master - Jesus, and find out how you can live for him - one day at a time. Come, discover a different way to live, and life may never be the same again. Shirley Templeman Twells has been involved in Prayer Ministry and in leading a women's Bible study group for many years. She is active in her local church, and her greatest joy is to encourage people to 'delight themselves in the LORD' (Psalm 37:4) and to apply God's Word in their everyday life. Shirley and her husband Andy, live in a small country town in Western Australia. They have three grown children.

Reviews - What do customers think about JUST FOR TODAY?
Shame on you! Sep 26, 2008
I say: "Shame on you for using the same title as a Narcotics Anonymous fellowship book!" You are a thief but we will pray for you!
Not associated with NA Dec 14, 2007
This book is not to be confused with Narcotics Anonymous. NA is a global fellowship of recovering addicts. We are a spiritual, not religious program. The title is a "rip off" of the NA Daily Meditation book of the same title. Our book was published in the 90's and I find it offensive that a "Christian" would use a title of another book to try and "ride on the coat tails" of the Fellowship of NA. I have forwarded an E-Mail to our World Service Office to investigate the usage of this title in this book.
UPDATED January 2008
I purchased this book to look over what I thought was a person "ripping off" an NA Book Title. Instead I found just a Christian Book using the "Phrases" Just for Today and One Day at a Time. The writer makes no reference to Fellowships or Programs so I'm confused.
Our world service office stated the words in the title were to general to copyright.
Bottom line to this review is just a comment, this is not a Program Book.
