An awesome book, not only to aid in losing weight, but mainly in understanding how we gain weight and what happens to our bodies with each weight loss/gain. I wish I had this book as a teenager...it would have helped me to better maintain a healthy lifestyle. The info in this book should be taught in school. I commend Dr Shari Lieberman on a very educational tool for those of us that struggle with our weight.

This book is a must have for anyone that wants to lose weight and be healthy. Dr. Shari makes it point that health is not about the scale but about measurements and body fat. The book give reasons for why people have a hard time losing and keeping the weight off. She does a great job of descibing what a person needs to do to follow the program. The low glycemic lifestyle is NOT hard to follow-I have been doing it for almost 3 months and I have had great results. One must read the whole book for a complete understanding before starting the program. I have the book and have been in the transitions program and I have lost 6% body fat is less than 3 months.

I have lost over 4 sizes, 22", 20 # since reading and applying Dr. Lieberman's protocol. A must for anyone wanting to get thier weight under control once and for all!
