Wonderful model for missions! Jul 17, 2009
This book details the history of a ground-breaking mission using the English language as a tool at a time of dramatic change in Poland. This true story, told by the founder of the program, as well as first-hand anecdotes by native English-speaking teachers and volunteers over the years who have worked alongside her, gives a vivid account of the mission and of Poland before and after the fall of Communism. Great reading for all those interested in this pivotal time in history and seeking to catch a vision for creatively reaching out to others.
