Ageless Yoga is a simple, unpretentious guide to basic yoga exercises, each one illustrated by a black and white photo of the author, Rosie Reichmann, a trim and flexible 84 years old at the time the pictures were taken. My only complaint is that she should have offered alternatives to the several rather advanced stretches she demonstrates. I think this would be a good aid for someone who has not practiced yoga before, or for someone who must practice from a chair or mattress.
