Item description for THE PATH TO JUDICIAL INSANITY by Robert Elsbury...
The hypocrisy, unfairness, injustice, and corruption in the United States Judicial System in Chicago, Illinois dominate over a Parent's unconditional love for his Child. There is a lot of medical literature that Father absence and a legal system that keeps Fathers from playing any meaningful role in their children's lives has caused America's social ills to spin out of control such as school shootings, drug abuse, promiscuity, as well as emotional and behavioral disorders. Scholastic and cognitive development are also affected by Father absence. The court system should be mandating visitation not abating it or imposing obstacles to it. Whoever tells the most outrageous lies and has the most money wins in our U.S. Judicial System. The longer lawyers can drag out a case, the more money they can make. It is job security for attorneys. Courts impose unreasonable demands and then put arrest warrants on Fathers. Some Fathers turn their backs on their kids because the court system is such a hassle, a never ending stressor, and expensive. When will the court system realize that it itself is causing the emotional and financial problems and the only solution is to reunite the Parent/Child Relationship. Couldn't put it down while reading! Jul 10, 2007
This book should be a movie! This problem needs public attention. The sad part is that too many men (and women) are beaten down by the court system. I hope for the author's sake that someone in the legal system, will have the COURAGE to help him. I have now met the author in Montana. This man is a decent individual. Worth the read.
