Item description for Coming to Terms With the Potter by Robert Christopher Brown...
Overview Sometimes God has to break you before He can mold you. At the epitome of vibrant health, Rob Brown never expected to be stricken by leukemia at the age of 24. When he was later forced to undergo a bone marrow transplant because his cancer had become resistant to standard chemotherapy, everything he believed about life and the character of God was put to the test. Coming to Terms With the Potter chronicles Rob's struggles to reconcile God's purposes with his own as he made the long road back from the brink of death.

A worthwile read Jan 23, 2003
This is more than a book about God's ability and willingness to heal people. This book brings us as close to the process of a BMT as we would ever want to be. This book just doesn't talk about healing and infirmity though, this book also talks about other struggles we face in our lives such as career burnout; the struggle for people in their 20s and 30s to move out of their parent's home; dreams crashing; expectations being unforfilled, life passing someone by; and so on.
