Also along with each exercise,there is an AIM that describes what the exercise will accomplish,a CHIROPRACTOR'S COMMENTS ,so you know it's safe and beneficial and a REMINDER noting the common mistakes people tend to make doing the exercise. ....a well done book! It works for me!
