"The multi-level perspective of the learning organization takes us through a comprehensive journey starting from the individual level to the level of the organization. It provides an excellent review of issues that hinder and promote learning at each of these levels. Although it is academically inclined, it provides interesting case studies for those informed practitioners. I recommend this book as a 'must buy.'
