What do all college graduates have in common? A degree. So, what is going to separate you from the rest of the pack? Reviews - What do customers think about When Reality Hits: What Employers Want Recent Graduates To Know?

How Can I Be Wrong?  Mar 20, 2008
My daughter attended a seminar by Nancy at Texas A&M, Mays Business School on March 19, 2008.

She told me, "Dad, everything she said is what YOU told me!"

Swelling up with pride I told her that Nancy learned everything from me.

Not.

But I am gonna buy the book!

Working With the Wonderful Gen Y Generation  Mar 9, 2008
If you know a Gen Y'er who is in your house or in your business....BOTH of you need to read this book! This generation has been stereotyped as lazy, disinterested, unmotivated and it could not be further from the truth. They are different....but so were the Baby Boomers and the generations before them! Nancy Barry provides great insight as to what makes Gen Y tick and how they think which is extremely valuable in helping all of us to understand one another and work together. Gen Y will change our world....and if you pay attention to Nancy you will understand how they will change it for the better....you want to be a part of this!

Excellent, fun review of core ideas  Aug 7, 2007
This is a great book to share with your college-age kids. Actually, many of the ideas apply to us at any stage. Nice vignettes and anecdotes, with sound advice.
