Great book. Really powerful Jul 22, 2008
I loved this book. It is a real life story that will tear at your heart, but at the same time give you hope for a life after devastating tragedy. The author lives through an attempted murder of her mother, suicide of her father, and abuse witnessed and endured. PTSD follows her to this day and she has the courage to finally write about what she lived with for years, in the hope of helping others in the same situation. Highly recommended, especially for women.
