Signing for Kids Sep 9, 2009
It is similiar to Signing Illustrated.. It does not have practice sentences. Also some signs are not "correct".
Great book for learning sign language Sep 2, 2009
This is an excellent book for teaching and learning. It has kids in Title, but adults can benefit too. Has worksheets for practice to drill in signs. Signs are displayed clearly, directional markers are written for each sign. Has 18 Chapers and an index. Examples: Pets & computer terminology. Clear pictues of each sign. Basic hand shapes are included.
Book has small hole in top left side of cover. The store tried to use sticker to cover it. Otherwise great book. Hole does not bother me much. good seller.
Good resource Aug 7, 2009
I ordered this book to use with one of the special needs children I work with. It's organized well into sections to make teaching specific topics easier. There are a few useful signs that are missing, but overall it is a good resource
