Back to the basics and good common sense May 27, 2008
This is a small but powerful book. It makes so much sense when you read her advise and testimonies. I have followed her life style diet for three weeks and it really does make a difference in how I feel. I am a vegan and so I already have a lot of the ick out of my diet but I was not eating enough fruit, was eating too big of portions, and I took out all processed foods, and focused on purchasing more organic. I would say that I eat about 95% organic and it is a great feeling to know that I am supporting those farmers, the toxins (pestisides ect.) are not in the foods I eat and the food taste great! This is a great resource book to keep on hand for quick reference.
Do you eat? Then you need to read this little book May 14, 2008
This is not a book of great revelation. It's more common sense. Eat right and live right. Read it. Live it. Highly recommended to everyone who eats.
