More About Mary Ann Shaw
Mary Ann Shaw, Ed. D. Dr. Shaw, a licensed psychologist, has been helping parents and their children since she began teaching mentally retarded children in 1959. She served for 10 years as Director of Psychological Services at Texas's nationally known Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. Prior to establishing her private practice, Dr. Shaw was a consultant on staff at the world-renowned Children's Medical Center in Dallas and an assistant Clinical Professor in the Division of Psychology, Department of Psychiatry at the University of Texas Health Science Center. She lives in Santa Fe and maintains a residence in Dallas. This is her second book, her first "Helping Your Child Survive Divorce" was published by Birch Lane Press and is now out of print.
