Lewis' disjunctive syllogism proving the deity of Christ; Plato's hypothetical argument concerning the power of love; Christ's conjunctive syllogism: You cannot serve both God and mammon; David Hume's famous dilemma stating the problem of evil; the stoic Seneca's justification of the virtuous life; and St. Thomas Aquinas' cosmological argument for the existence of God.

Reviews - What do customers think about Traditional Logic, Book II: Advanced Formal Logic (Classical Trivium Core Series)?
Excellent series- get key and dvd's though Aug 30, 2007
This is an excellent series by Cothran- Traditional Logic I & II are both excellent; very thorough- but please note - you will need the key to mark the exercises and the dvd's are a great help if you are using with your child, and your college days seem to be somewhere back in time (ahem!). Both the key and dvd's are currently unavailable through this seller.
