Dr. Riley holds a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University, a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. From years of being overweight, Mark tried one diet plan after another until he finally developed the plan outlined in this book for himself and lost fifty pounds, nine pant sizes, and three shirt sizes, which he has maintained ever since. I highly recommend this book. We go to church with Mark and I can honestly say, he lives what he writes about. I am currently using his workout program and I love it. Just three days a week and about an hour to hour 1/2 in the gym. I feel better. I have more energy. Buy the book, it's a good read and you will loose weight and gain muscle. It's a very smart workout plan.
