Marjorie Weinman Sharmat has written more than 130 books for children and young adults, as well as movie and TV novelizations. Her books have been translated into twenty-four languages. My son, husband and I all throughly enjoyed this Nate the Great book as well as all of the others we have read. If you haven't read any of the Nate books but like clever stories about kids and dogs give Nate the Great a try.
