Item description for Elmo Loves You (Sesame Street) (Big Bird's Favorites Board Books) by Sarah Albee & Maggie Swanson...
Overview Illustrations and rhyming text affirm the joy of being loved and being a friend, showing that, just as birds love to sing and kids love toys, Elmo loves little girls and boys.
Publishers Description Everyone loves something--it's true In this rhyming book, Elmo explains how everyone has something special they care about--babies love noise and kids love toys; Bert loves pigeons and pigeons love to coo. And, as Elmo loves to remind readers throughout the book, to toddler's delight, "Elmo loves you " While this is a great present for Valentine's Day, it's also a sweet, reassuring poem about love that kids will enjoy year round.

Too cute Sep 26, 2007
I actually got this book as one of my Pampers rewards, but am now purchasing it for friends. My 5-month old loves this book and everytime we get to the part where it says "Elmo loves you", she gets a little squeeze from mom.
The rhymes are perfect for using momease and the pictures provide ample ideas for additional commentary when she grabs the book and won't let me turn the page.
elmo loves you book Sep 23, 2007
My little boy loves this book. It is small and great to pack around in his diaper bag.
Who doesn't love Elmo? Sep 12, 2007
My 11.5 month old daughter has had this book for several months now and she loves "reading" it by herself, turning the pages and looking at all the pictures. It is a perfect size for her little hands. When she gets older maybe she'll let me read it to her, but for now she wants it all to herself.
My son's first literary obsession Sep 11, 2007
My son read this board book until it fell apart (and that takes some doing) and we had to get another. It's more fun to read aloud than some books for infants/toddlers.
