Solid advice for anyone! Feb 8, 2006
This is the first fitness book I've read that designs a program based upon my personality and tendencies. It's not a "cookie-cutter" exercise book that you try and get frustrated with, but encourages me to try activities that I can do that are beneficial to my health. The author has done her homework!
