Item description for There's A New World Coming by Hal Lindsey...
Overview Throughout the centuries of man's long history, many have sought to predict the course of human events. But none have had the incredible accuracy of the ancient Hebrew prophets.
The time has come for us to wake up and realize where we are on God's timetable. These predicted calamities aren't going to happen to just anybody. They may well be your closest friends, or children, or family, or - you, yourself!

Reviews - What do customers think about There's A New World Coming?
Promising Nov 30, 2006
This is a promising analysis of the Book of Revelation and a welcomed addition to anyone's apocalyptic library. The study of the end times and Revelation is important to anyone, as this book, among others, shows what is to come and the what ifs. In the end, we should be happy that we are going home soon. For those interested in similar titles, I also recommend reading Apocalyptic Secrets of the Hebrew Sanctuary, which analyzes the relationship of the Biblical books of Daniel and Revelation.
There's a New World Coming: An In-Depth Analysis of the Book of Revelation Mar 1, 2006
Excellent! All of Hal Lindsey's books are worth reading. He goes by scripture of God's word. A must read.
"Right up there with 'Dragons, Grasshoppers, & Frogs' as the best on Revelation! Dec 11, 2005
I recall reading this in college, and it is just as impressive now!
This is a simple, easy to read book for those interested in the Book of Revelation. It is pre-millennial, that is, Lindsey believes the Rapture occurs before the Great Tribulation.
If you want a more practical book on Revelation, or one for teenagers, I would HIGHLY recommend: "Dragons, Grasshoppers, & Frogs" by Jerry L. Parks, Weekly Reader Press. This book is much more daily-life oriented.
Along with "Late Great Planet Earth", these books are about as simple as you'll find on this subject. The Great White Thone description still gives me goosebumps. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Sound Study of the Book of Revelation Oct 24, 2004
I read this book years ago and it is very thought provoking. This book will encourage you, as it did me, to get back into Revelation and study for yourself the predictions that were made so long ago. You just have to look around at what has happened in this world, just over the last 50 years and see prophecy being fulfilled. Todays world is no exception to the rule. This book turned my Agnostic husband to the cross about 30 years ago. This is an excellent book for christian and nonchristian alike.
not very good.. Sep 5, 2004
The Lord only used hal once and wonderfully with, 'the late great planet earth' the rest of his outlines are horribly dry.
