Thoughts of hope... Sep 8, 2003
This book gave me hope! Hope for all marriages, hope for my marriage and for many of my friends. Knowing that I am not alone in my feelings, thoughts and desires left me to think that we ALL can make it "over the hills and through the valleys."

Wonderful Guidebook for Marriage Aug 29, 2003
There were so many times in reading "Over the Hills and Through the Valleys" that I just sat the book down in my lap and let my mind retrace the episode that I had just read. My wife and I have been married half the years that the Blanfords have and yet nearly every situation they shared with me was one in which I found myself learning more about my own marriage.
The almost childlike vulnerability they display throughout the book pulls you into each scenario and at the same time assures you that you can trust the wisdom they have gained from every experience.
This is a story of true friendship and paying the price in order to keep it so. It is also a story of growing faith in the One Who's great idea it was to put man and wife together for life.
Thank you, Bud and Linda.
