Overview If we are Christians, we have a command from the Lord to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, to everyone! How many of us, though, really do? How many of us actively share our faith? Perhaps, if we're honest, not many of us are doing much to fulfill the Great Commision. Enter Ken Gaub. This "witnessing dynamo" has spent the past half-century enthusiastically obeying our Lord. Ken is a man with rare communication skills, an evangelist traveling the globe to increase the Kingdom. He relates practical ways to overcome social barriers, awkwardness, and roadblocks of all kinds to effect a bold change in a person's witnessing habits. You might not have had the opportunity to approach a stranger in the Philippines, or Jerusalem, or Topeka, Kansas-as Ken has-but this book will help you become a soul-winner in your hometown! Through humor, biblical principles, and a zealous heart for people, Ken Gaub is lighting a clear path to sharing the Good News one-on-one!
Publishers Description "The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few," Jesus said to the seventy that He sent out two by two. If the need for harvesters in the Kingdom was great in the time of Christ, how much greater is it, even today? We are commissioned by Christ not just once, but many times in the Scripture to go forth and win souls to Him. So why are we not more diligent in our soul-winning endeavors? This wonderful new book by fervent soul winner Ken Gaub teaches not only how to become a fisher of men, but shows how to overcome every obstinate personality that a soul winner might encounter.

awesome book, we need to know our priorities Aug 26, 2009
this is an awesome book. i was challenged to share my faith with others. i became a christian 9 years ago after a life with lots of drug and alchohol abuse. i used to love reading about world religions and mythologies. like most americans who never read or study a bible, i assumed i knew what christianity was about. when i started to study the bible i was blown away! my preconcieved ideas were way off. there really is a God who loves us and knows us, and is passionate in His desire to lead us and have a real relationship with us. i say, this is a GREAT read for any believer! we need to know our God, we need to have a reverent "fear" of the Lord. this book will challenge anyone who calls themself a believer to think about how "real" their walk with the Lord is. if we know Jesus as our friend and savior, of course we should have a passion to tell others about their creator as well. easy to read book. i am actually a waiter in a hotel who has servered this author several times. i knew his name and looked him up on the internet. i figured this guy is always a pleasure to see, i wonder what he does for a living. well, it makes sence! his life is a reflection of the spirit in him. i look forward to seeing him again, and telling him i've read two great books of his.
