Beautiful gift book! May 7, 2010
I bought 5 copies of this book for Confirmation gifts this year. The books were burgundy, instead of the green shown in the photo, but I actually preferred that. This is a beautiful book at a great price!
I'm Never Finished Feb 15, 2010
I've been reading this book for about ten years. When I read the last page, I turn the book over and begin it again immediately. I have copies everywhere, and they are worn, marked, and loved. If I marked something in a previous reading that still speaks to me, I add an exclamation point. Some passages have underlines, several exclamation points, and hearts in the margins. I don't believe there is a way to praise this little gem too highly.
Get several copies. Give them as gifts, or keep them as spares.
Great Read Feb 10, 2010
I am constantly reading from this book. This book is a wonderful guide to everyday situations.
Rare contrition, invaluable instruction Jan 25, 2010
Like others, I can't believe I've only recent come to know of this work. Rare is the page that doesn't deeply convict me and none is the page that doesn't have instruction that will improve my faith. It is truly a treasure and I can't recommend it highly enough to Christians who wish to increase in the faith.
SECOND TO THE SCRIPTURES Dec 13, 2009
