Reviews - What do customers think about Living on Target: What Are You Aiming For??
Every Christian Must Read Jun 7, 2009
Just finished reading "Living on Target" by Kelvin Smith. No I am not a member of Steele Creek Church, but after reading the book, I started listening via Internet, awesome Church. This is what I learn 35 years ago, but sadly have not herd preached or taught in 20+ years. This book will teach you how to become a disciple of Jesus Christ. The Target is 2 Corinthians 5:9-10 Therefore we make it our aim, whether present or absent, to be well pleasing to Him. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad. Book has large print and is an easy read, and understand. With all the false teachers out there, Christians need to wake up and get back to basics, this book will get you on the right path, so you won't lose your reward.
Colossian 3:23-24 And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.
Wake Up and Live! Apr 15, 2009
"This book will definitely put you on the right road to living. I am a member of the Steele Creek Church of Charlotte where Kelvin Smith is the Senior Pastor, and I have made this book part of my weekly Bible study program. Living On Target gives you a systematic program for Christian living, whether you are a new Christian and need guidance, or if you are like me, a Christian for over a decade, and still have room for improvement in your daily Christian walk. I like the order of how and where you are to Live On Target: Starting with your relationship with Christ, your home life, serving your church, then serving in the community. If you study this book as a supplement to the Bible, I guarantee you will live a more fulfilled life."
