Great book for older elementary kids! Sep 17, 2008
My stepmother bought this as a gift for our 10-year-old. He immediately loved the book. I call him our doubting Thomas because he asks a ton of questions about God, Christ and all matters spiritual.
He was so excited to see in one book so many of the questions he had been asking, and many others he hadn't gotten around to yet, all answered in clear terms that made a lot of sense to him. This one book really seems to have addressed much of his skepticism. His prayers have really taken off, and he brings up God in a lot more of his day-to-day decisions and discussions, saying things like, "I'll bet God thinks..."
Obviously no one book (besides the Bible itself) will be sufficient for a child's salvation and guidance, but this one was a big help to us. And now our son is more ready to go back to the Bible and trust it as a source of truth. Isn't that our main goal as Christian parents?

This is exactly what I have been looking for. It has so many answers to tough and confusing questions. It answers these questions in a very positive way that will help chidren and parents understand them. It is laid out well and has topics that children really ask about. Love it!
