Reviews - What do customers think about Quick & Easy Dim Sum Appetizers and Light Meals (Quick & Easy)?

This line of cookbooks is really nice. There is a list of ingredients to keep on hand (with explanations on unfamiliar ones). The process is given in step-by-step detail with pictures of each step. It makes trying new techniques and foods less stressful. I love the Quick and Easy cookbooks and have others for Vietnamese, Thai, and Japanese recipes.
