Joyce received a National Quilting Association grant to study the use of Native American designs by quilters. This study directly led to Joyce writing five books. Wonderful book. The illustrations are great. This book is very useful for any type of craft project where you need a cross. It shows many different styles of crosses and tells some information about each one.
