Required Reading for Prom Goers Dec 14, 2006
Prom Passions is one of the most compelling and intriguing stories of girls' prom night. Not only does Joy accurately and descriptively weave scenes from prom night into the book, but she allows us to view prom night from a different vantage point. I recommend this book to all female teens! I believe moms and dads would do themselves a great service by purchasing this book for their teens and allowing these concepts and ideals to be engrafted into the mindsets of their children. Due to its ability to speak to teenage identity issues, peer pressure, self-respect, self-esteem, I know this book could easily be turned into curriculum for all junior and high schools.
