I am currently a seminary student taking a beginning preaching class. I have the privilege of having Daniel Harris as my homiletics professor as well as reading his book. He passion for forming preachers is evident and should be obvious from reading his book. This book is effective across denominational lines as well. It takes the awesome privilege and responsibility of preaching and makes it manageable and inspiring for clergy or others who might find themselves in the role of "preacher."
