More About Johan Luidens
Johan Luidens was born during World War II in the north of The Netherlands. During his school years he developed a love for history. After High School he went to Nautical College. He served two years in the Dutch Royal, then signed on in the Merchant Navy for the next ten years. He migrated to Australia and joined the staff at Sydney Airport. Johan is now retired, enjoys jogging, cooking and does volunteer work. He has had short stories and articles published. Invaders took him about four years to write - a period filled with excitement, hard work, set-backs and finally elation. Johan and wife, Helen, currently live on the east coast of Australia. He has one son and two lovely granddaughters.
