Overview Told in real time, The Deposition continues the story of Mike Connolly, the-down-and-out attorney. This time, Mike's story is told through the eyes of his friends-and his enemies. Then there's the lawyer who wants to make certain she never does and the priest who won't talk even if it means losing his life. They're locked in a high-stakes race to see who lives to tell the dark secrets of men in powerful places, and who dies to keep them quiet.

I usually really like his books!! Sep 27, 2007
I have read every book he has written and I must say this one was incredibly boring!! It felt like he just pulled it out of a hat in order to get a book written. I read more than 3/4 of it hoping it would somehow improve, but I just couldn't bring myself to finish it. I am looking forward to the next book and hope that it will be back on track with his former entertaining style.
