Reviews - What do customers think about Esther (Bring The Bible To Life)?
Great for My Adult Sunday School Jun 20, 2009
I used this study of the Book of Esther with my adult Sunday school class and we enjoyed the discussion that it sparked about the role God plays in the affairs of man.
Esther God Fulfills a Promise Feb 3, 2009
This is a terrible book to use in a bible study group. Most if not all the questions are leading/misleading, so that you would answer them incorrectly if you are a young Christian~even if it goes against everything you are gleaning/understanding from the scripture. The "Going Deeper" section after the question, "Sets you straight"...essentially says, "Your answer is wrong (We led you to respond that way.) Ha ha we tricked you, you are an idiot. The right answer is...." Every week I had to apologize to my group for having them spend their money on this book. I will never buy another study by Karen H. Jobes.
