Heir of Deception` Sep 16, 2005
This book starts out as a romance, but when someone sets fire to the house Rachel is living in, it turns into a murder mystery. Joanne Liggan has done a great job of keeping track of all the details of the mystery, and I enjoyed seeing how things finally turned out for Rachel.

My daughter and I both read Heir of Deception without regret and can highly recommend it for your reading pleasure. We both agreed this book is well written, the plot was capitaviting and that we can't wait for MS Liggan's second book to be released. During my normal working day I would find myself thinking to myself-I can't wait to get home and read Heir of Deception to find out what is going to happen next!! Great story-well written, and this book WILL keep your attention from the beginning until the end....

An Interesting Story Oct 15, 2003
When I started this book, I didn't put it down until I finished it. I thought it was well written, especially since it was Joanne's first novel. The characters are well developed and I especially liked Rachel. She kept the story interesting. I am an avid reader and get bored easily so I was pleasantly surprised by this one.I recommend this one!

Joanne Liggan is an excellant writter. Her story keeps you truning the pages. She could become the next Danielle Steel.
