Will help you keep growing Aug 29, 2008
After reading every single sentence and savoring many, I keep going back to this little treasure of a book. Langford's writing is accessible and honest. It is realistic which is encrouaging to a daily struggler. I particularly liked the chapters on doubt and solitude. I now more readily recognize God in ways and places where I had not noticed. Seeds is a book I will not give away - I need to refer to it from time to time - but it is a book I have bought, and will continue to do so, to give as gifts. Langford has written a new long-time friend!
Little book will touch your soul Apr 19, 2008
I'm not catholic so don't let the book category fool you. The author touches on many of the deep and spiritual questions I had, but thought no one else did. Sometimes the book is a little esoteric, but overall, hits the mark. Most chapter exercises are very useful and doable, but some would require more down time than most of us have. This book truly touched me; I have recommended it to several people already and am buying several for gifts.
