Reviews - What do customers think about Beadwork Creates Bracelets: 30 Designs (Beadwork Creates)?
nice projects, poor instructions Jan 5, 2008
I tried to make 3 projects so far using the book and have had no luck. It seems that the projects are missing half of their directions. I'm not a novice and this just frustrated me. I found the same book at the library and now regret purchasing this when I could have been frustrated for free. I'll end up taking it to a local bead store and getting an instructor to decipher the projects.
One Great Idea After Another!! Jul 29, 2007
While there are a few duds here (I don't really need directions to "design" a charm bracelet; it's a plain link bracelet with charms attached.) this book has given me inspirations galore. A woman wanted to purchase the first bracelet I made from it right off my arm! Even after using it for a few years I still go back for ideas. In fact, I've noticed that "new" designs I've seen elsewhere recently have just been minor modifications of those in this book. I guess they've become classics!
It's a must for anyone who enjoys the quick satisfaction of a bracelet, or any beader looking for the best of the best from Beadwork magazine.

I really like the book. Great illustrations and instructions.
The only negative I can find about this book is trying to keep it open while using.
For more experienced beaders Dec 11, 2002
Nice photos, beautiful patterns - but instructions are hard to follow if you are a novice beader. If you are looking for a variety of new patterns, however, it is a good book to have.
