The Thinking Person's Thriller Nov 20, 2007
I was really excited about starting this book! The first thing I noticed is that it doesn't fit into the typical thriller genre. The book is thoughtfully descriptive throughout, whilst hauntingly illustrating the author's grasp of the machinations of the human psyche.
Sexton has you emotionally engaged with all the characters as she leads you through the lies and psychological intrigue that bind them inextricably together. Murder and deceit abound as the story picks you up in chapter 1 and keeps you guessing right up to the last chapter.
A book that really makes you think. An excellent read!
