Overview Because some things never change As we approach the 21st century, life seems more complex than ever. International affairs and global communications, the national economy, education and family values, individual lives stretched by daily demands. The list goes on and on. When the simpler life seems a faint whisper of a memory, A Simple Faith: Insights For Living In A Complex World reminds us of timeless truths that call us to return to the foundations of our faith. Fletcher Spruce impacted the Christian world for more than two decades with his weekly faith-building commentaries. And though his world may have seemed a safer and saner place, he too faced a society beset with its own set of problems-the cold war, the threat of nuclear holocaust, and the war in Vietnam. Despite the challenges, he found strength and hope in the simple truths of the Word. In A Simple Faith you'll find the best of Spruce's writings, preserved for a new generation. Because throughout time, across the years-some things never change.
